This natural Burmese jadeite open ring features a soft icy blue-green oil-green color with a beautiful translucent, misty appearance. The color has a naturally muted blue-green tone, with subtle variations throughout the jadeite that give the ring a soft and elegant look.
The jadeite has a Glutinous-Icy texture (糯冰种) with good translucency and water content. Light passes gently through the lighter areas of the stone, creating a soft, luminous glow while retaining the characteristic hazy, creamy quality of glutinous-icy jadeite.
Unlike a traditional closed band, this ring is designed with an open-ended structure, making it easier to put on and take off and giving the piece a more contemporary feel.
The band is decorated with delicately carved auspicious motifs, adding a subtle traditional Chinese aesthetic to the modern open-ring design. At the two open ends, the jadeite is carved into little cat-paw details, making the ring especially playful and distinctive. 🐾
